Description

Joan Lane Film Footage. One b/w, 8mm motion picture film on a 2 3/4" reel showing the Aspen street races held in the summer of 1951 filmed by Joan Lane. The races were filmed from the corner of Monarch Street and Main Street and show the Conner Gas Station and what appears to be the expansion of Matthew Drug (later Carl's Pharmacy).
