One appraisal of Walter P. Paepcke’s properties in Aspen, Colorado consisting of a final appraisal and supporting documents, dated April 13, 1960. The appraisal is housed in two three-ring binders (labelled Book I and Book II), containing documentation, photos and maps.

The Wheeler/Stallard house, Pioneer Park, the Pierce and Epperson properties/Hallam Lake Ranch, the Potter house/property, the Brown properties (Paepcke residence at the time), the Four Seasons Club, the Ted Marolt Ranch, the Airport Ranch, the Burlingame Ranch, the Duroux Ranch, the Erickson Ranch, the Highland Mining District, and the Arlian Ranch. There are also many vacant lots.
