Description

One 16.5" x 20.5" US Geological Survey of the Tourtelotte Park area of Aspen Mountain as part of the book Geology of the Aspen Mining District, Colorado with Atlas by Josiah Edward Spurr published in 1898. It was originally surveyed in 1891 by geographer, A.H. Thompson, topographer in charge & triangulator, Morris Bien and topographer, F.F. Grove.

On the other side is information about Aspen Park Cabins (formerly Rocky Mountain Lodge), owned and drawn/ produced by Stirling "Buzz" Cooper in 1956.
