Description

19" x 36" white paper map of the Colorado Midland Railway titled "System Map of the Colorado Midland Railway" by E.J. Haley. They show the tracks from Grand Junction to Colorado Springs and the Newett and Quarry Spurs, Colorado Springs and Vicinity Spurs. From New Castle to Grand Junction it becomes the Rio Grande Junction Railway. No date, but includes Basalt which wasn't named it until 1895 and then went bankrupt in 1918.

On one side is the map, which shows roads, trails, mountains, lakes and streams in red and black printing. On the other side is information about Aspen Park Cabins (formerly Rocky Mountain Lodge), owned and drawn/ produced by Stirling "Buzz" Cooper in 1956.
