Produced Film: 1950 FIS World Championship Downhill narrated by Gary Cooper
Durrance Film. One 16mm film of the 1950 FIS World Championships men's downhill ski race by Dick Durrance, narrated by Gary Cooper. The film starts in town at the Hotel Jerome, shows Bingo then shows Lift One. The footage shows racers going over the Dam, down Spar Gulch, over Niagra then through Schuss Gully to the finish. There are lots of crashes. Many of the ski racers are named.
