Description

"Comments on the Development of the Ashcroft Ski Area" by Andre Roch on developing Ashcroft as a ski area with proposed ski lifts to access Mt Hayden. Includes map of proposed runs and lift locations, and has an additional three-fold map (pictured), which is no longer attached, of a panoramic view of the area's peak labeled and the proposed runs and lifts. Survey was conducted in the winter of 1937, report given later that year.

On the other side is information about Aspen Park Cabins (formerly Rocky Mountain Lodge), owned and drawn/ produced by Stirling "Buzz" Cooper in 1956.
