Description

17" x 22" double-sided paper maps of "Compliments of Aspen Park Cabins --- Your vacation map of Aspen and Vicinity roads, trails, mountains, lakes, and streams". On one side is the map, which shows roads, trails, mountains, lakes and streams in red and black printing. On the other side is information about Aspen Park Cabins (formerly Rocky Mountain Lodge), owned and drawn/ produced by Stirling "Buzz" Cooper in 1956.

A legend indicates the proposed ski area, Janss properties, first phase and lifts, proposed villages (identified by variations of the logo), and residential areas. The trail map also has information about ski school, the Hotel Jerome and the Four Seasons Club, along with information about new ski runs, including Ruthie's Run and the Snow Bowl, and the 1000 foot rope tow on "Thunder Hill," the very gentle slopes at the foot of Aspen Mountain at the top of S. Mill St.
